What's your dream job How much do you know about it A group of students from Tianjin found a very common problem among young teenagers: Most of them have little idea about their career plans as there is too little help from school or family.
To offer students helpful advice on careers, the students from Tianjin TEDA No. 1 Middle School started a project called "Dian Zhi Cheng Shi, Zhi Yin Wei Lai". "Our survey shows that 72% of students want to know more about different jobs. Bringing doctors is one of the best jobs," said the project leader.
According to students' needs, the team interviewed 32 excellent workers with different jobs and put their interviews on the Internet. These workers shared true stories behind each job, allowing students to learn about the jobs further.

[2025江西九江期末] A new AI system can be used to make predictions on crop yields (产量) up to six months before harvest. The tool counts flowers on fruit trees, which can help farmers improve crop yield, make better use of their resources such as water and labor, and plan harvests.
The system, developed by researchers at the National Robotarium in Edinburgh, can calculate the number of flowers on fruit trees from photos taken by a smartphone. It works by recognizing (识别) patterns and features, such as the edges and shapes of flowers. In tests, studies on peach trees showed the system to be 90% correct in flower counts, which is much better than the 30% to 50% mistakes made by humans, according to the researchers.
"In countries all over the world, farmers often depend on traditional methods to predict their crop yields, which can lead to big mistakes," said Cheeinia, a researcher at the National Robotarium. She also praised the simplicity and correctness of the flower-counting AI system and its possibility to help farmers make wise decisions about crop management.
"By focusing their efforts on areas of the farm that are expected to produce the most fruit, farmers can make the most of their resources, reduce environmental effect, and improve both the quantity and quality of their harvest," said Cheeinia. "Our AI tool can be combined with traditional farming practices, making it easier for growers to get help with creative solutions without completely changing their present methods."
