单元重点:1、学习描述人物特征的相关词汇:old, young, funny, kind, strict,polite, hard-working, helpful, clever, shy 等;
2、学会用He/She’s kind /....介绍自己的老师或朋友的特征和相貌,并会询问他人What’s he/she like
3、能在相应的情景下使用句型Is he/she young /... Yes, he/she is. No, he/she isn’t.能用所学语言知识词汇就人物的性格进行问答;
4、能借助图片、音频、视频等资源完成相应练习;
5、学习字母y在单词末尾的发音规律,并能准确读出相应的单词,能区分y在单词不同位置发音的不同,并完成相应的练习。
本课时重点:1、够运用重点词汇完成关于教师性格特征的问答活动;
能根据相应的任务,理解Let’s talk部分的对话,并能模仿对话,与他人进行语言交际;
能准确的运用old, young, funny, kind, strict, tall等语言,详细的描述你的科任教师的特征和性格特点。
教学过程:
Warming-up
创设记者采访的情境,让学生演一演,说一说,复习上节课所学,再通过Let’s try部分的听力活动为下一部分的对话学习做好铺垫。
Presentation
看图预测,让学生详细描述图片上这位老师的情况。
接着播放对话视频,让学生进一步确认他的相关信息。
Let’s answer:让学生进一步描述Mr Yong.
