单元重点:1、学习描述人物特征的相关词汇:old, young, funny, kind, strict,polite, hard-working, helpful, clever, shy 等;
2、学会用He/She’s kind /....介绍自己的老师或朋友的特征和相貌,并会询问他人What’s he/she like
3、能在相应的情景下使用句型Is he/she young /... Yes, he/she is. No, he/she isn’t.能用所学语言知识词汇就人物的性格进行问答;
4、能借助图片、音频、视频等资源完成相应练习;
5、学习字母y在单词末尾的发音规律,并能准确读出相应的单词,能区分y在单词不同位置发音的不同,并完成相应的练习。
本课时重点:1. 能够听录音完成选择单词的活动;
2. 能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意;
3. 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并能进行角色表演;
4. 能够在情景中运用句型What’s he/she like He/She’s kind/... 就人物体貌、性格特征提出问题并回答。
教学过程:
Warming-up
通过Let’s guess猜谜的活动,让学生猜一猜,激活语言,为下一部分的对话学习做好铺垫。
Talk in pairs:通过这个活动进一步激活语言。
Presentation
看图预测,并提出问题:Who’s that woman What’s she like
接着播放对话视频,让学生进一步确认她的相关信息,并完成听力任务。
Let’s say:让学生说一说,练一练。
Ask and answer.
提出问题,让学生视听Let’s talk部分,并回答问题:
进一步学习对话内容并完成相应的任务。
