课标要求 (2022版)《义务教育英语课程标椎》指出在语境中理解词汇的含义,在运用中逐步积累词汇;在特定语境中,运用词汇描述事物、行为、过程和特征,表达与主题相关的主要信息和观点。能用简短的句子描述所学的与中外文化有关的具体事物:初步具有观察、识别、比较中外文化异同的能力;能识别、提炼、概括语篇的关键信息、主要内容、主题意义和观点。
教材分析 What: 本课时是B部分的一节词汇课,基于单元大任务,本节课的子任务是“描述事物特征”。语篇通过Sarah在奶奶的农场采摘新鲜的蔬菜准备做蔬菜沙拉展开,学习五个描述食物味道及特征的单词,本课时的主题情景也是延续了上节课讨论最喜爱的食物,然后继续描述食物的味道及特征,说明喜欢该食物的原因。Why: 通过学习语篇,学生能够听、说、读、写五个描述自己最喜欢的食物,并能够描述这种食物的特征或味道,引导学生养成合理、均衡的饮食习惯。How: 本节课是一节单词课,通过学习创编语篇,了解Sarah喜爱吃的食物及其原因,感知五个核心单词:fresh, healthy, delicious, hot, sweet在语篇中的语义和语用,然后通过听、说、读、写活动巩固单词在句型中的运用,如:They are hot. It is very delicious,最后通过阅读绘本故事《The Street Party》,提升学生的语言综合运用能力。
