1.显性情节线:saw a trembling dog alongside the road→tried to coax the dog but frightened it to run off→search for the lost dog→call the lost dog's owner→put the dog on a flight to Michigan
2.隐性情感线:show mercy for the lost dog→felt troubled by his behaviour→be glad to know someone cared about the dog.
语意是否前后一致;
上下文是否通顺连贯,内容是否完整;
所选词汇是否符合语法、句法结构;
例1.(2023年新高考全国Ⅱ卷)It just ___44___ that I was planning another PNP flight with another pilot, Karen, who ___45___ to take Tiffy from Kansas City to Virginia. What I was to do was fly to Topeka to ___46___ Tiffy.

【解析】D; 根据“What I was to do was fly to Topeka”和常识可知,作者需要飞到托皮卡去接Tiffy。

【解析】A;根据“wanted to take her with them.”

语意是否前后一致;
上下文是否通顺连贯,内容是否完整;
所选词汇是否符合语法、句法结构;
