Learn the new word by themselves.
Ask some students to read the words loudly.
Check the students the key words by filling in the blanks with some pictures.
Step 3 Leading in
Have you learned about other countries in school? Which one is the most interesting?
What foreign holidays do you know about?
Step 4 Listening
Play the text twice, the first time, books closed, the second time books open, then finish Let’s Do It! No.2. Then check the answers together.
Step 5 Reading and answering
Students read the lesson, then fill in the blanks in Let’s Do It! No.1.

1. the most intresting 为intresting的最高级形式，在句中作表语。
1) 多音节形容词的比较级和最高级的构成是在词加more 或most。
2) 最高级用于三或三者以上的比较。形容词最高级前要加the。
2.对别人的想法，观点表示赞同时，常用“I think so.”与think有相同用法的词还有hope, belive, afraid, say, do等。

so后面还可接形容词+冠词+名词.

learn about意为“了解，得知”。句中of the world是介词短语作定语，修饰countries.
Eg: We have learned about the school in the town．
我们已经了解了镇上的这个学校的情况。

show动词,常跟双宾语,show sb. sth. /show sth. to sb.
Eg: She showed her classmates her new dress.
= She showed her new dress to her classmates.
她把新裙子让同学们看了一下。
show sb. around sw. 带领某人参观某地
Eg: Thank you for showing us around your new school.
