语篇研读 ●Lead-in Lead-in 板块作为本课时学习的起点,通过唱歌和 Ask and answer 活动引入主题。以介绍朋友的名字、外貌等信息,如介绍 Jiajia、Dongdong、Miss Zhao、Mr Ma 等,让学生初步感知描述人物的表达方式,为后续学习描述人物的词汇和句型做铺垫。 ●Presentation 【What】语篇围绕描述Chen Jie的外貌、性格、品行等特征展开,介绍了Chen Jie美丽可爱、聪明、年轻并且学习刻苦。在Oliver和Amy的对话中,在本节课里学生将学习询问他人特征的特殊疑问句以及确认他人是否具有某种特征的一般疑问句及其肯否定回答。 【Why】本语篇通过Oliver和Amy的谈话,引导学生学会用英语描述人物的各种特征,培养学生用英语思维和交际的能力,使学生能在生活情景中运用所学知识与他人交流关于人物的信息。 【How】本语篇通过图片展示、问答互动、 listen and repeat、watch and repeat 等方式呈现内容。围绕“认识Chen Jie”展开,语篇采用陈述的形式呈现核心词汇,如:Chen Jie is lovely. She is clever. She is young. She helps a lot at home. She is hard-working. She loves going to school.核心句型:What’s Chen Jie like She’s lovely. 教学重难点 【重点】 1.掌握核心词汇lovely, clever, young, hard-working的听、说、读。 2.理解并灵活运用核心句型描述人物的外貌、性格、品行等特征。 3.掌握含有 be 动词的陈述句变为一般疑问句及肯否定回答。 【难点】 在真实的语境中准确、灵活地运用本节课所学词汇和句型描述人物。 “love + 动名词” 结构的理解和运用
学情分析 五年级的学生已经具备了一定的英语基础,对英语学习有一定的兴趣。他们在之前的学习中已经接触过一些简单的英语词汇和句型,对描述人物有初步的概念,但对于系统地用形容词描述人物的外貌、性格等特征还比较陌生。学生活泼好动,喜欢参与游戏、角色扮演等互动性强的活动,在教学中应充分利用这一特点,提高学习效率。

2. 动中学习、理解对话内容,培养学生用英语思维的能力和初步运用英语交际的能力,使学生能够在生活情景中运用所学句型,达到描述朋友外貌、性格、品行等特征目的。(应用实践) 6.学生在老师带领下再次复习本节课课文,然后梳理本节课语言点并进行当堂练习。 7.学生在老师带领下解读Read, write and say环节的任务要求,然后完成课本上的信息填空。 8.学生自愿站起来读一读自己的课文填空,分享自己的学习成果。 老师检查学生 Look and try 练习的完成情况,看是否能正确将陈述句改成一般疑问句并做出正确回答。 观察学生在 Read, write and say 活动中的表现,能否正确填空,运用所学词汇描述人物。
