There are too many mysteries in the world that we haven't discovered yet．Some of them are hidden in the places which are impossible to find．Others remain unsolved even up to this day．
In a small town of Gryfino in Poland lies one of the world's mysteries that have been known—a small group of pine trees(松树)．These trees look strange in shape．From the lowest place，these trees grow with a 90° bend(弯曲) to the north，but then go back to grow straight up into the sky．
According to scientists，the pine trees there were planted many years ago．Though they are strange in shape，these trees are generally healthy．Most of them are very tall．Some even grow to nearly 15.24 meters．That's about the height of a five story building．
There are many guesses about the mystery of the trees in the forest．Some guess that the special gravity(重力) in this area has caused the trees to bend to the north．But it seems that this guess isn't proper，because gravity only pulls things down and doesn't make them bend．Others guess that the heavy snow in the area weighs down the trees as they are small．However，if that is the case，how would they explain the fact that the other trees in this area are not the same
The most possible explanation is that local farmers shaped the trees when planting them．In the past，it was common for farmers to shape their plants for special purposes．However，that is only one of the guesses from people．The secret behind the trees is still waiting for us to discover．
