wonder的用法
(1) wonder n. 奇观;奇迹 ,可数名词; 意为“惊叹;惊奇”,是不可数名词。
The Three Gorges Dam is a wonder of the world. 三峡大坝是世界奇观。
No wonder you are so tired. 难怪你那么累。
(2) wonder vt. 想知道 =want to know,后面常常跟由when,where,why等引导的宾语从句,从句的语序要用陈述语序。
I wonder who she is. 我想知道她到底是谁。

join 指加入某个党派,团体组织等,成为其成员之一,意为:“参军、入团、入党”。
join in 多指参加小规模的活动如“球赛、游戏”等,常用于日常口语。
take part in 指参加会议或群众性活动等,着重说明句子主语参加该项活动并在活动中发挥作用。
attend 出席,上学,较为正式。

though的用法
though 作连词, 意为“虽然; 尽管”, 用于句首时可与although互换,常用来引导让步状语从句, 从句可放在主句前或主句后, 但不能与but 或however 出现在同一个句子中。如:

(1)当million前面有具体数字时,million后面不加s和of, 意为准确数 值,...百万,如:five million, 意为“五百万”。
