spend 是人主动花钱/花时间;
spend + 时间/金钱 + on/for +名词
take 是事情“占用”时间/精力,主语通常是“事情”或“it”。
It takes + 人 + 时间 + to do sth
Eg:
She spends a lot of time studying.
I spent $100 on books.
The trip took us three days.
It took me two hours to finish the job.

see sb. doing sth. 意思是 “看见某人正在做某事” 。

强调看到动作的全过程 ,不强调动作正在进行 。

(2) be familiar to sb. 为某人所熟悉
