will + 动词原形 都可以用来表示将要发生的事、将要做某事 没有人称和数的变化 表示较远一些的将来时间 Beijing will be cool and windy.

be going to + 动词原形 be 动词没有人称和数的变化 表示近期、眼下就要发生的事情 含有“计划、准备”的意思 Lind is going to listen to music.
