What is phonetic symbol？（音标是什么）
音标：一套声音的标记符号，简称IPA（国际音标）
国际音标：英语的48个音素。
音素：音素是构成音节的最小语音单位,它指的是读音。例如,Pp/pi:/是由/p/和/i:/两个音素组成的。

国际音标把48音素分成两大类:元音(类似拼音里的韵母)和辅音(类似声母)。
