How I Deal with My Worries
Everyone has worries, and so do I. My biggest worry used to be speaking in front of the class. I would get very nervous and my hands would shake.
To overcome this, I started by practicing in front of a mirror. Then I asked my family to listen to me speak. I also joined our school's English club, where we often give short speeches in a friendly environment.
Through this process, I learned that preparation and practice can help reduce fear. Now I still feel a little nervous sometimes, but I know it's normal and I can handle it better.
