Shandong pancakes are well-known as a kind of traditional food. Xu Haixia， a pancake maker， can turn them into beautiful artworks. Xu has been making pancakes for more than 19 years. So far， she has made 50 kinds of pancakes with different colors and tastes using fruit and vegetables. She can even make pancakes into shapes of over 10 kinds of flowers.
Four years ago， Xu got the idea of making pancake flowers. In the beginning， her family were against the idea because it was not easy to fold pancakes. But Xu didn’t give up. To learn more about the shapes of petals（花瓣）， she went to parks to study real flowers. She tried hundreds of times to discover the perfect moment to fold a pancake into a flower petal. “We need to fold the pancakes at a special time when they are not too dry or too wet，” Xu said. After more than three months of hard work， the shapes of the pancake petals became better.
Xu’s business is going well as she continues to develop new pancake products. During festivals and holidays， Xu and some villagers have to work long hours. 一般现在时的被动语态
1.语态的概念
语态是英语句子中用来表明句子主语与谓语之间的关系，具体分为主动语态与被动语态两种：
（1）主动语态：表明句子的谓语动作是由主语发出，即主语是谓语动作的执行者。
（2）被动语态：表明句子的谓语动作不是由主语发出的，主语反而是谓语动作的承受者。

2.被动语态的构成
被动语态由“be+及物动词的过去分词”构成。其人称、数和时态的变化都是通过be的不同形式表现出来的。一般现在时的被动语态的形式为“am/is/are+及物动词的过去分词”。

4.使用被动语态的情况
（1）当动作的执行者不必说出或不清楚时，用被动语态。
