(1)good的用法
作形容词,意为“好的”。
goods为复数名词,无单数形式,意为“商品”,它不是good的名词形式。
(2)experience的用法
意为“经历”时,为可数名词;意为“经验”时,为不可数名词。
如:Does he have much teaching experience?他教学经验丰富吗?
He had many interesting experiences while travelling in Africa.他在非洲旅行时,有许多有趣的经历。
(3)avoid的用法
作动词,意为“避免;回避”。avoid doing sth.避免做某事。
(4)allow的用法。
①allow sb.to do sth.允许某人做某事。
②sb.be(not)allowed to do sth.某人(不)被允许做某事。
如:Our teachers don't allow us to run in the hallways.老师不允许我们在走廊上跑。
→We're not allowed to run in the hallways.我们不能在走廊上跑。

(1)be made of意为“由……制成的”。一般指从成品中能够看出原材料,即在制作过程中发生的是物理变化,只改变原材料的大小、形状等。
如:The chair is made of wood.这把椅子是由木头做成的。
(2)be made from意为“由……制成的”,一般指从成品中无法辨认出原材料,即在制作过程中发生的是化学变化,原材料在制作过程中改变了形式和特性。
如:Wine is made from grapes.葡萄酒是由葡萄酿成的。
(3)be made in意为“在……制造的”。表示某一物品在某地生产制造,in后接表示地点的名词。
