Discuss the questions in groups.
1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of being a member of a virtual choir
The advantages of being in a virtual choir are that it is very easy to get lots of people in different places together quickly and cheaply. However, a dis-advantage of not having everyone in the same place is that singers cannot react to each other in the same way as they can in person.
Post-reading
Discuss the questions in groups.
2. Does a virtual choir really bring people together Why or why not
Although a virtual choir doesn’t bring people together physically, I think it still helps bring people together, because they can be from different countries and cultures, but still join together easily to share the love of music.
