You are now going to write an announcement for art club members about a trip to see an exhibition.
1. 书面通知是书面的正式公告或布告,写作格式及要求如下:
(1)正文上方的正中位置写Notice或NOTICE;
(2)发出通知的人或单位的名称一般写在正文的右上角或右下角;
(3)发出通知的时间常写在正文的左下角(通常可以省略);
(4)正文内容:被通知的对象(也可放在正文前)、时间、地点、注意事项和要求等;
(5)人称:一般用第三人称;如正文前有称呼语,则用第二人称。
(6)时态:常用一般现在时和将来时态。

2. 口头通知用词表达注重口语化,开头往往有称呼语(被通知的对象),如: “Boys and girls” “Ladies and gentlemen” “Comrades and friends”等。也可用提醒听众注意的语句,如“Attention, please!” “Your attention, please!” “May I have your attention, please I have an announcement to make.” “I've something important to tell you.”等。在涉及到要求及注意事项时,也常用第二人称。另外,在口头通知中,最好有结束语,如 “That's all. Thank you (for listening).”等,以示礼貌。
