1. What does the title “‘White Bikes’ on the Road” mean
“‘White Bikes’ on the Road” refers to “White Bikes” being
used to ride around the streets of a city.
Apart from the literal(字面上的) meaning, the
title can also mean that the effort to carry out “White
bikes” projects takes time and it is still on the way.
There're still aspects that need to be improved.
1. What does the title “‘White Bikes’ on the Road” mean
Young people like the students will determine how successful bike-sharing will be in the future by deciding whether or not and how much they want to use it.
