A. 应用文
1. 约稿信的基本结构
约稿信是指报纸、杂志、文化栏目等媒体邀请别人写稿的信件。约稿媒体特点、约稿需求及交稿日期要清晰明了，内容通常包括：开篇介绍约稿媒体栏目特点及受众范围；正文指定稿件内容(约稿发起人既可以规定写作的内容，也可以让被约稿人根据媒体和栏目的性质自己拟定写作题目和内容)；结尾强调稿件的篇幅、交稿日期和投稿邮箱等。
2. 常用表达
开头语：
(1)I'd like to ask you to write an article for…
我想请您为……写一篇文章。
(2)I'm writing to invite you to write an article for…
我写信是想请您为……写一篇文章。
正文：
(1)We would especially welcome articles about…
我们会特别欢迎有关……的文章。
(2)You can write anything relevant so long as it's interesting and informative.
您可以写任何与之相关的文章，只要文章内容既有趣且有信息量。
(3)It carries articles written by…
它刊登由……写的文章。
(4)300 words would be fine.
300词就够了。
(5)It would be better if we could have your article before June 1.
如果我们能在6月1日之前收到您的文章会更好。
