一、动词-ed形式作形容词和动词-ing形式作形容词的用法区别
1.动词-ed形式的形容词指的就是那些动词-ed分词转化来的形容词。这类形容词可用作表语、定语和宾语补足语。动词-ed形式作形容词描述人的情感。如:excited, interested, surprised, satisfied, challenged等。

2.动词-ing形式的形容词指的就是那些动词-ing分词转化来的形容词。这类形容词可用作表语、定语和宾语补足语,主要用于描述情境、人或事物。如:exciting, surprising, interesting, challenging, frightening等。

我认为这个故事非常有趣。(故事“让人感兴趣”)
3.当被修饰的名词是face, smile, look, expression, voice 等能表现出人的感情的名词时, 通常用动词-ed形式的形容词。
He told me the news in an excited voice.
