1. Digital technology has helped us to live a wonderful life!
含义：help sb. (to) do sth.帮助某人做某事（“to” 可省略）。
用法：“help” 后接宾语，再接动词不定式（不定式符号 “to” 可保留或省略），表示协助某人完成某一动作。
例句：She often helps her mother (to) cook dinner.
（她经常帮妈妈做晚饭。）
