Their happy singing had accompanied us for a long time.
But with the development of industries, more and more trees have been cut down to make room for the new apartments for human beings. Dear Sir or Madam,
I rented a house through you and now I am living in it. Everything is fine in my house except the heating system. For some reason, it stopped working last month. I can turn on the power; however, it does not become hot at all. I feel very cold in the evenings, as the weather is getting cold. I phoned you a week ago, but it has not been repaired yet. I am anxious because it has not worked for a long time. I need it to make my house warmer.
I would like you to contact the heating system company and see if they could find an engineer to come to my house at the earliest opportunity.
Thank you for your concern, I will be very grateful for your prompt attention to this matter.
