学情分析
初中英语是中学英语的基础,打好这个基础,对减少两极分化,开发智力,发展思维,培养人才都是至关重要的。因此,提高中学的教学质量,必须从七年级抓起。下面就对我所教八年级一,二班学生数学学习现状做一下简单描述。
大部分同学学习积极性尚可,能较好地完成学习任务,但很多学生学习习惯不是很好,整体水平不均,学习比较浮躁,这主要表现在课堂纪律和作业质量方面。
一、学习状态 `
绝大部分同学都能跟上现有的进度,上课发言尚积极,个别同学表现的还比较出色,但也有部分同学的理解能力和接受能力不尽人意,学习成绩极不理想。从课堂上看,他们的注意力不能长时间集中,很容易分心,作业和试卷上的错误比较多,对于老师的问题一问三不知,在今后的教学过程中对这些孩子要特别注意。
二、学习习惯
部分学生有主动学习的行为,深得老师赞赏。比较喜欢上英语课,学习热情也很高,并喜欢与老师友好相处,同学之间、师生之间常在一起交流学习体会。但仍有少部分学生学习懒散、学习习惯差,如:粗心大意、书写不认真,不愿思考问题,上课开小差,依赖老师讲解,依赖同学的帮助,有些学生抄作业现象比较严重。
三、解决方案及实施计划
1、“要抓质量,先抓习惯”。帮助学生培养良好的学习习惯和学习方法。教给学生怎`样学习数学,提高学生的数学学习能力。激发学习兴趣,养成自主学习的习惯和方法。平时在教学中,注意抓好学生的书写、审题与检查等良好的学习习惯。
2、进一步加强基础知识的教学,培养学生对各知识点的融会贯通、灵活理解及运用的能力。
3、注重开发性地使用教材,在做到“吃透”教材的前提下,大胆创新,对于知识的重难点力求把握准确,突破有法。对基本技能的训练,通过创设新的情景,让学生在变化的情景中去运用,在理解的基础上去训练,而不是变成大量的、机械的、重复的操练,因为操练、重复只能加重学习负担,降低学习效率,从而引起学生的厌恶。同时,要重视能力的培养,继续加强运算能力、思维能力的培养。
4、注重积极的情感、负责的态度和正确的价值观的培养,注意激发学生的好奇心和求知欲,让学生了解英语知识的形成过程和应用价值,发挥评价的激励和导向功能,帮助学生认识自我、建立自信。
5、对优良学生,要鼓励他们刻苦学习,努力进步,要致力于发展性思维训练,不光是为了考试分数高,更主要的是掌握学习策略和学习过程。对学困生,要进一步培养他们的学习兴趣,尽量杜绝抄作业现象,是每个人在原有的基础上有所进步。
6.逐步提高听说读写技能与技巧。

在这节课的教学过程中,对学生的学习积极性调动比较好,整个课堂气氛较和谐。由于课前已经做好了充分准备,所以整节课教学过程流畅,学案问题由简到繁,由易到难,逐步加深。符合学生的认知能力。由复习,图片学单词,并分类,到对话练习,让全体同学参与进来,体现了学生的主体作用。再由作报告的形式,让学生采访,既锻炼了学生的胆识,有提高了学生说的技能。紧接着,听力训练,练习了听得技能。最后,巩固练习,即学即练。及时巩固,再最后,以写作的方式结束,做到了提升

课后反思:
在这节课的教学过程中,对学生的学习积极性调动比较好,,整个课堂气氛较和谐。由于课前已经做好了充分准备,所以整节课教学过程流畅,学案问题由简到繁,由易到难,逐步加深。符合学生的认知能力。通过这节课的教学,主要有以下几点反思: 1、课堂上,应尽可能多地给学生创造合作交流的机会。多创设情景,让学生在情境中学习,老师在情景中教学。让学生多说,多练。生生练,师生练,小组练等。由此让我感受到:学生在学习的过程中,需要不断地启发,但启发的人不一定一直都是老师,而且学生的思路往往比老师们的更好!因此,在教学过程中一定要有意识地多为学生创造这种合作交流的学习机会。 2、课堂教学中每一个学生的学习速度与接受能力是不同的,尤其在问题情景教学中,学生必然有一个摸索的过程,在这个过程中有难免遇到许多困难,或多或少会走一些弯路,在这个时候,教师的态度非常重要,教师若以亲切和蔼的话语鼓励赞许的目光面对学生,就能创设一个平等和谐的学习氛围,从而给予学生无穷的探究热情,激活整个探究过程,否则就会扼杀学生的探究意愿。因此,今后在课堂中还要善于关注学生的个体差异,尊重不同学生在知识、能力、兴趣等方面的需要有针对性的设计不同层次、不同类型的问题,使学生都有机会参与到教学活动和探究活动中去,让他们自己有主人翁的感觉,切实与同学真诚合作,体验完成一项活动任务的成功喜悦。让他们都能在学习过程中有所收获。
若最后的小写作在课堂上写完,并用投影的方式呈现,当堂修改较好,总之,以后还要加强自身业务能力,力求做到更好。

本节课是人教版八年级英语上册正式篇第二单元Section B 部分。本单元主要围绕的中心话题是健康与饮食。本节是本单元的第三课时,该部分的主题是健康饮食。该部分不仅呈现了与饮食有关的词汇,还通过听说读写活动进一步巩固学生对目标语言—频率副词及答语的理解,并要求学生围绕健康饮食问题进行口头和笔头语言输出。

1.本节课讲授的是人教版八年级英语下册Unit 2 Section B:1a-2c第三课时。本节课是一节新授课,出示学习目标,让学生去读,然后借助本单元谈论健康话题引出本节课的生词,教学生词汇后,学生讨论进行对话交流与听力有关的话题,为听力顺利进行做好铺垫;由一则报道导出本节课的语篇学习,并完成课后的一系列问题,在此环节,培养学生的听说技能,最后习题出示对本节课进行学习效果检测。(说课其他环节在此略)

就方老师这节课而言,我们要研究解决的是:初中英语听说课中学习目标达成的低效和无效问题。我们选择了听力能力,词汇教学,会话能力和学习策略四个观察视角。在每个观察视角下,确定了不同的观察点,并对每个观察点进行了详细记录,得出大量的数据。在观课后,我们对观课得到数据进行了分析总结。从分析结果看出,无论从哪个视角观察,方老师这节课,实现了学习活动和学习目标的一致性,学生在教师设计的有效学习活动中,达到了本节课学习目标的要求,解决了初中英语听说教学中存在的学习目标达成度低效的问题。对于本节课中老师们从不同的视角观察到的不足之处,都一一点评,并给出了很好的建议。希望我们的研究成果,对其他的老师解决听说课中目标达成低效的问题有所借鉴。
