本课是北师大版《初中英语》九年级教材第九单元的最后一课。本课是一节写作课,话题为环保拯救地球--个人做的事情和将要做的事情。在本单元的前三课学习中,学生们已经学习了关于Jim一家日常做的环保事情,河水污染对人和动物产生的影响,以及在环保事业中默默奉献的植树英雄的事迹。在亲身经历了雾霾带给我们的巨大影响后,学生环保的意识已经唤醒,他们能结合日常去反思自己的行为对环境有否正方向的影响并决定作出改变环境保护出一份自己的力量。
