英语音标
音标就是记录音素的符号，是音素的标写符号。
音素，是英语语音最小单位，分为元音与辅音两大类。英语共有48个音素，其中元音20个、辅音28个。英语辅音和元音在语言中的作用，就相当于汉语中的声母和韵母。

元音和辅音
元音：发音过程中气流经过口腔不受阻碍而发出的音。元音音素包含了20个。在26个英语字母中，元音字母包含了Aa、Ee、Ii、Oo、Uu这5个。
辅音：不论声带振动与否，发音时口腔呼出的气流通过口腔或鼻腔时受到一定的阻碍。在26个英语字母中，除了元音字母中的A、E、I、O、U之外，剩下的都属于辅音。
清辅音：发音时声带不振动的辅音
浊辅音：发音时声带振动的辅音
