A. 应用文
1. 咨询信的基本结构
咨询信是写信人对某方面的信息感兴趣，希望了解有关详细信息的信件。通常包括三部分内容：开篇说明写信目的，即询问信息的原因；正文列举所要咨询的具体信息；结尾期盼回复并表示感谢。
2. 常用表达
开头语：
(1)I would be most grateful if you could send me information regarding/ concerning…
如果您能给我提供关于……的信息，我将不胜感激。
(2)I am writing to you in the hope that you can provide me with further information.
我写信是希望您能给我提供更多信息。
正文：
(1)What's more, are there any problems to which I need to pay special attention
另外，还有什么问题需要我特别注意的吗
(2)I wonder whether/if it is convenient for you to inform me when and where the activity will be held.
我想知道您是否方便告知活动举办的时间和地点。
(3)I would also like to know…
我还想知道……
结束语：
(1)Looking forward to your immediate response.
