My hometown，Zhongjiang is a beautiful city. It is famous for the great hero,Huang Jiguang.I love my hometown because there are different kinds of delicious food here. My favorite food is Babao Cakes.
The cakes are made in Zhongjiang. They have been around for over 200 years. They are made by skillful workers, and they are made of eggs and flour. Many people think they’re delicious.
However,fewer and fewer people making Babao Cakes, because it’s too difficult to make them by hand. I’m going to learn how to make them from my grandfather and I will make them more and more popular.
