5. when“就在这时,突然”
(1)sb. be about to do/ on the point of doing sth. when…某人正要做某事,突然……
(2)sb. be doing sth. when...某人正在做某事,突然……
(3)sb. had done sth. when… 某人刚做完某事,突然……
6. and与or用于并列句
(1)祈使句+and+陈述句,and表顺承
(2)祈使句+or+陈述句,or表转折
7. while 表对比,强调对比关系,意为“然而;而”
易错点剖析
时间状语从句

when,while,as的用法
when 既可表示时间段,也可表示时间点,表示主句和从句的动作同时发生或从句的动作先于主句的动作发生
while 强调主从句的行为或状态同时发生或存在.从句用延续性动词
as通常和when 通用另外它还表示“随着.....,一边.....一边......”
before的用法
表示“在.....之前.....,还未就.....,还没来得及......就......”
It will be /was +时间段+before 表示“多久之后才......”
易错点剖析
时间状语从句

since的用法
since 从句中的谓语动词一般是非延续性动词,主句的谓语动词用完成时
用在“It is+时间段+since...”中,表示“自从......以来已经多长时间了”;since从句中的动词如果是延续性的,则理解为“某一动作已经结束多久了”
until /till的用法
用于肯定句,表示主句谓语动词的动作一直持续到某一时间为止
用于否定句,构成not...until 句型,意为“直到......才......”
not until 置于句首主句用部分倒装语序
用于强调句型:It is /was not until…that…

after的用法 After we had finished the work, we went home.
once的用法 Once you start, you will never give up.
whenever的用法 You are always welcome whenever you come.
as soon as,immediately,instantly,directly,the minute /moment的用法
充当连词引导时间状语从句,表示主从句的动作同时发生

no sooner,hardly后用过去完成时,when 后用一般过去时,no sooner,hardly,置于句首时,主句要部分倒装

表示到某一时间为止,主句要用完成时。

since的用法

条件状语从句

if, unless , once,when,as /so long as,on condition that,provided /providing that,assuming that,supposing that 等。
(1) 可以引导条件状语从句,表示主句成立的条件。
(2) 当条件句所假设的是不可能实现的条件,或是与事实相反的条件时,主句和从句中的谓语动词都需要使用虚拟语气。
