Before class, play a video about some famous players and different kinds of balls to highlight the theme "Enjoy life, Enjoy Sports".

Step1: Lead-in
Look at the picture and answer questions:
①What are these students doing
②What club do you think they are in
③Do you want to join this club
Step2: Pre-listening
Look at the pictures and match the clubs with the pictures from A to F.
Step3: While-listening
1. Listen to the three conversations and fill in the chart. Which club does each students want to join
2. Listen again and complete the sentences with the words in the box.
(Listen twice)

1. By setting exciting tasks, students' imagination and interests can be spurred quickly.
2. Students can understand the usage of "Do you…" and "have", which will help them understand the listening material deeper and easier.

2. Read the sentences below. Match the two parts to make sentences. Then make more sentences with "can" Such as:
A fish can swim. A duck can swim.
3. So what is the rule of use of "can". Work in groups and share your answers
