My Happy Family
I have a happy family. There are four people in it—my parents, my sister and me.
My father is a doctor. He is busy every day, but he always spends time playing basketball with me on weekends. My mother is a cook. She makes delicious food for us every day, and my favourite is her Mapo tofu. My sister is 15 years old. She is good at playing the violin. She often teaches me to play it after finishing her homework.
We often have dinner together and talk about our school or work. I love my family because it’s full of love and warmth. I know family means we should help each other and stay together.

四、话题写作训练
请以“My Favourite Family Member”为题，写一篇英语短文，介绍你最喜欢的一位家庭成员。
要求：
文中不得出现真实姓名和学校名称；
包含该家庭成员的基本信息（年龄、职业等）、外貌或性格特点，以及你喜欢他/她的原因；
词数70-80左右。
思路点拨
开头：直接点明你最喜欢的家庭成员是谁；
中间：描述该家庭成员的年龄、职业、外貌或性格，举例说明你们之间的温馨互动（如一起做的事、他/她对你的帮助等）；

My Favourite Family Member
My favourite family member is my grandpa. He is 65 years old and he used to be a farmer.
Grandpa has short white hair and a kind smile. Every weekend, he takes me to his small garden. We grow tomatoes and carrots there. He teaches me how to water the plants and pick the vegetables. When we go back home, he often tells me stories about his life when he was young.
Grandpa is always patient and helpful. I love him because he makes me feel happy and teaches me a lot. He is the most important person in my family.
