escape v. 逃离；逃脱 口语中通常可以和run away互换，不过escape有成功逃脱之意，而run away更强调动作本身。

辨析
surprised有被动意味，表示“对……感到惊奇”，主语通常是人，其后多接介词at；
surprising有主动意味，指“使人惊奇的”，作表语时主语通常是物 .
e.g. I’m surprised at his answer.
我对他的回答感到惊讶。
His answer is so surprising that everyone keeps silent.
他的回答如此令人惊讶以致于所有人都沉默了。
