如何处理/避免常见的伤害
Bleeding Try to stop the bleeding. Press a handkerchief onto the bleeding point and hold it there. Hold up the part of the body which is bleeding if possible.
The sprain(扭伤) It is better to avoid walking on the injured ankle. It is correct to use an ice pack for relieving the pain.
The choke Make him/her spit(吐) it out by slapping him/her on the back. To avoid this, we shouldn't talk or laugh when eating.
