Why: Reading time 语篇故事通过描述向日葵生长过程中在不同时期呈现的颜色。引导学生探讨生命不同时期呈现的颜色及其意义。
How: 本语篇通过配图故事的形式复习巩固本单元的核心语言，如green, yellow, brown等，同时还拓展了词汇，如：sunflower, tall, then, now, gone等。通过向日葵生长开花结果的过程中，探讨生命不同时期呈现的颜色及其意义：Colours are everywhere. Colours are beautiful. Colours help us and tell us many things.
