A possible version:
For me, the hardest part of learning English is speaking. I'm always afraid of making mistakes and being laughed at by others. So I usually keep quiet in English classes, even when I know the answers.
To change this, I ask my teacher for advice. He tells me it's normal to make mistakes. Then I start practicing with my best friend. We talk about simple things like our hobbies after class.
Day by day, I feel more confident. I no longer fear speaking English. This way really helps me. I know I’ll get better if I keep trying.
