学情分析
学生在初三下学期已经逐渐养成良好的学习习惯，英语学习的兴趣不断提高，阅读技巧在不断提高。他们善于表达，乐于学习有关中国的传统文化，敢于合作和创新，结合自己学生的特点，根据教材，活用教材，开发教材我对这节课多了大胆设计,主要表现在以下几个方面：
1、后进生的基础知识简直为零，几乎什么都已经不会了；
2、部分学生的基础知识不牢固，学过去的掌握不起来，很快就会忘掉；
3、阅读与写作能力很差，不能读通文章大意，不能写出语法正确，结构完整，意思连贯的短文；
4、学生们普遍学得太死，会写的单词也不会正确使用，不知道用什么形式；
5、不能熟练运用学过的句型。
在以后的教学中，我要关注每一个学生，注重基础知识，培养与提高学生的阅读写作能力，想办法激发学生的学习兴趣，多进行题目的训练，让每一个学生在原来的基础上都有所提高。
效果分析
根据授课过程总结本节课的效果：
导入部分：学生都有学习英语的经验，因此很容易回答老师提问的有关这方面的问题，对引入本节课的学习方法这一话题打好基础。
学生通过Skimming 这一环节了解了文章的大意；在Scanning 环节中，学生通过跳读一、三段，获取了这两段中的有效信息。在Detailed Reading 中，学生掌握了Wei Fen 提高英语的方法。通过这三种阅读训练，学生提升了阅读技能。
Retelling 环节是阅读后的延伸。学生不仅要读得懂，还应积累一些素材，为学生下一步运用打好基础。
Giving a report是本课的高潮部分，也是教材的活用创新部分。学生在原有知识的基础上，丰富了语言的积累。

1、本节课的目标定位明确，各环节由浅入深，环环相扣。通过本节课的学习，学生由复习Section A 1a-2d中的英语学习方法，到掌握阅读材料中的学习方法，并在设计的活动中充分训练，鼓励学生积极参与，自主探究，合作与创新。同时，学生在合作中用英语交流，听说读写也都得到锻炼与提高。
不足:
文章中的个别字词，学生掌握得不牢固，注意课下的落实与检查。
指令语不够简洁明确，造成学生对活动理解不透彻，活动不充分。
