Aims:
能听懂、会读、会说单词arm, body, foot, leg , tail, wing.
能听懂、会读、会说、会初步运用句型I have… They have…It has…来描述人物或动物特征。
能正确理解文本,并能灵活运用本课句型描述自己的朋友。
引导学生关爱身边的动物朋友,构建人和动物和谐共处的生态环境。
Importances:
1. 能正确理解文本,并能流畅地朗读与表述。
2. 掌握文中的重点句型I have… They have…It has…,并运用于实际生活当中。
Difficulties:
1. 正确理解句型:One is red and the other is black. They have no legs or arms.并能尝试运用。

Step 1 Warming up

T: Boys and girls, look at the blackboard. There is a picture on it. The girl has black hair. She has big eyes, a small nose and mouth, and keen ears. All of these consist of her head.
(通过老师对小女孩面部特征的描述,复习单词head,为学习身体部位的单词作铺垫。)
Learn body, arm, leg and foot

T: Do you know what their animal friends are? Let’s listen to the tape and choose the right answer.

Task 2 Read and Match
T: Open your books and read the story. Then try to match the pictures.

教师先做示范:

3.Brain storming
T: First, let’s play a game.If you see a word,you can choose one sentence to describe it.

[设计意图];通过游戏环节,让学生轻松的掌握了动词、颜色、动物身体部位名称,并加深了句型的训练。
4.Talk about your animal friends
教师出示6张动物图片,引导学生通过观察,组织学生复习身体部位单词。(要求课堂记忆)
[设计意图];让学生尝试用have/has也来说一说某种动物,为接下来学习的Grammer time 埋下伏笔。
5.Good memory.
(学生完成后,一起核对,强化动物身体部位单词的拼写。)
[设计意图];新课标要求抓好学生书写关,反复听写单词会让学生觉得枯燥,因此,设计有调动学生积极性的活动,学生会很感兴趣。在平时,听写单词时,我尝试过这样的方法,在这里和大家分享一下。
1.每次默写全对,可以获得一张免做卡。课堂表现突出者也有可能获得免做卡。
2.每一个月检查每个学生获得的免做卡,前五名会有小奖品。
3.免写卡。

1.Do a survey.
语言准备:教师出示若干小动物的图片,然后就小动物的身体部位和学生进行问答活动。Like this:

T:Does it have a short tail?

2. Write down key words.
活动说明:教师和学生先示范,说明说动步骤,然后鼓励学生自由选择调查对象,进行问答,同时记录下关键信息。
3.According to the key words and try to say.
[设计意图];本部分是一个问答活动,我在这里设计了我是调查小记者的活动,要求学生通过提问,获取小动物的体貌特征信息,从而猜出动物名字,同时旨在操练一般现在时第三人称单数的一般疑问句及回答。教师可安排学生走出自己的位子,自由选择要询问调查的同学(至少两人),并记录下来调查结果,最后向全班同学汇报。

PPT:认读表格,朗读句子(教师示范)如:

对于其他两个表格,教师可以将它们综合起来,和学生进行问答活动。如:

[设计意图];
我提前预测学生容易出错的词语,设计了这样的填空题。在讲解的时候引导学生注意倾听,分清在不同的人称代词后面正确运用have/has。及时反馈评价学生的句子。

师先示范,如:

[设计意图];这个看图说话的活动,可以分组进行,一组负责描述农场上的一种小动物,一组成员观察并讨论农场动物的体貌特征,这是对本堂课所学知识的再一次巩固。
