Unit5 There is a big bed单元整体分析
一、单元整体预览
本单元的学习主题是家居陈设及其位置，感知There be结构与名词单复数的搭配规律，培养学生懂得保持房间整洁，学会整理房间，学会爱护家庭环境和保护自然环境，
明白保持环境整洁干净是每个人应尽的责任。
二、课标分析
根据《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》，本单元的教学活动应重点关注以下几个方面:
1.语言能力:学生能够准确使用“There be”句型及其否定和疑问形式来描述家居物品及其位置，掌握并灵活运用相关词汇和介词短语。
2.文化意识:通过了解不同文化和地区的家居风格及习惯，培养学生的跨文化意识和尊重多元文化的态度。
3.思维品质:通过描述和比较不同的家居环境，培养学生的观察、分析和比较能力，同时激发学生的创新思维。
4.学习能力:引导学生学会自主学习和合作学习，提高学习效率和效果，培养解决问题的能力和策略。
三、学情分析
五年级的学生已经学习了两年多的英语，有了一些英语知识的积累，对这门课程充满了兴趣，而且五年级的学生具有好玩、好动、好奇心强的特点，他们在三四年级有接触过类似话题，在三年级下册Where is my car 有些过方位介词，四年级上册My home也学过家里的居室和家具名称。本单元主要是在以往的基础上学习某处有某物，初步感知There be在句子中的结构和用法，同时也是为第六单元学习There be结构的一般疑问句做准备。因此在教学过程中，我设计了一些活动，并创设了相关的子话题和活动，利用小组合作的方式，既能充分调动学生学习的积极性，又能将所学的知识灵活运用到生活中。
四、教材分析:
学什么：本单元是 PEP 小学英语五年级上册的第五单元，本单元以主要围绕“某地存在某物”的话题展开，在教材创设的谈论房间中物品及其位置情境中，引出情景对话和趣味故事。此话题学生在实际生活中使用较广，且与生活联系十分紧密。
怎么学：第一课时和第二课时 是Part A Let’s talk & learn 部分的学习，张鹏邀请Sarah和Mike参观他的卧室，并向他们介绍卧室里的物品及其位置。该语篇旨在呈现有关卧室里物品单数的正确表达方式以及描述物品位置的基本句式。
第三课时是 Part B Let’s talk & learn的学习，通过Sarah和Mike参观张鹏家客厅的情景，来呈现描述多个物品位置的基本句式以及物品之间的方位关系。第四课时是 Read and write 部分的学习，主人公Mr.Jones搬进了一座老房子，但是房间环境脏乱还有老鼠，琼斯先生向Robin发了一封电子邮件向其寻求紧急帮助。该语篇有助于引发学生思考：房间内的物品的位置应该如果正确摆放 房间是否需要保持干净整洁
学到什么程度：引导学生能够在教师的帮助下总结there be句型与名词单复数的搭配规律，并能正确运用这一结构来描述自己或者他人房间里的物品。同时要在生活中养成及时整理个人物品的习惯。
五、单元教学目标

一、学习目标 低阶目标：1.能够听、说、读、写房间物品名称及其位置的词汇--plant，clock, water bottle, between, in front of...并在语境中运用所学词汇，描述物品及其位置。2.能在语境中运用句型There is a... / There are... in the bedroom 描述物品及其位置。高阶目标：3.能模仿范文，用简单的语言来描述自己或者他人房间里的物品，并同时要在生活中养成及时整理个人物品和垃圾分类的习惯。

单元学习目标 本单元学习后，学生能够：1.能够听、说、读、写家居物品类的，在情境中运用句型There is...描述某处有某物，介绍房间内的物品，培养学生爱整洁爱干净的良好的习惯。在情景中运用句型There are...描述某处有某物，能介绍家里客厅的物品。3.能听、说、认、读五个表示相对位置关系的介词和词组：beside, between, behind, above, in front of；掌握ai/ay在单词中的发音规律，教育学生要爱自己的家。4.能够读懂邮件，描述自己的房间，养成及时整理个人物品的好习惯。5.读懂故事内容，提倡垃圾分类，增强环保意识。
三、学习活动/任务设计（指向学习目标，强调学生的活动与体验）
活动/任务1 语篇一是A部分的对话和词汇整合课。教材通过Sarah和Mike参观张鹏卧室的情景展开学习。孩子们先参观张鹏家的卧室，描述张鹏的卧室有哪些物品，学习新词，然后再对张鹏卧室物品摆放发表自己的看法，提出建议，培养学生爱整洁爱干净的良好的习惯。
活动/任务2 语篇二是一节对话课。教材继续延续上一节课的情景，通过Sarah和Mike参观张鹏家客厅的情景展开学习。学生能描述张鹏客厅中有哪些物品，及其物品的位置，引导学生学会介绍自己客厅的物品，体会中国人的家居风格，培养学生爱家及爱家人的美好情感。
活动/任务3 语篇三是一节词汇和语音融合课。教材通过张鹏向Amy介绍他爷爷房子中物品的位置展开学习，认识五个有关方位的介词，学会向他人描述或物品的相对应关系，然后通过学习语篇“My birthday”，掌握ai/ay在单词中的发音规则，感悟张鹏家里温馨和谐的家庭氛围，教育学生要热爱自己的家和孝顺关心自己的家人。
活动/任务4 语篇四是一篇阅读课，教材通过Mr Jones写了一封电子邮件向Robin描述自己的处境展开学习。Mr Jones搬进了一所老旧的房子，房间很脏，很乱，而且还有老鼠，他得知Robin能做很多事情，于是决定寻求Robin的帮助。文章通过脏乱差的房间，明白整洁干净的生活环境有多可贵，引导学生描述自己的房间，能够教育学生要热爱自己的家。
活动/任务5 语篇五是一篇故事课，故事内容简单有趣，呈现的是一个易拉罐的“旅行”故事。森林里有一个易拉罐，它就躺在河边上，它非常的沮丧，小鸟看到急忙回家，说自己很忙，淘气的小熊一脚踢飞，把罐子踢进河里了，最后Zoom看到了，把易拉罐放进垃圾回收箱，通过故事教学提倡垃圾分类，增强环保意识。

本单元的五个语篇紧紧围绕着单元话题“Meet my home”展开，从认识张鹏房间和客厅再到认识他爷爷奶奶温暖的家，学会描述某处有某物，介绍自己的家，学会感恩和爱自己的家人，弘扬中华传统美德；通过感知脏乱差的房间，意识到干净整洁环境的重要性，养成及时整理个人物品的习惯，然后再从“小家”到“大家”，提倡垃圾分类，增强环保意识。
单元各语篇之间紧密相连，相互促进，构成了四个子任务，即“My nice home” “My sweet home” “My dirty home”“Our clean room”各课时围绕单元主题和子话题展开，课时之间既相互独立，又紧密关联。语言学习渗透在对语篇主题意义的探究中，学习活动由浅入深，理解性技能与表达性技能协同发展，有效帮助学生形成基于主题的结构化知识。

语篇分析 本课时是第五单元A部分的Let’s learn和Let’s play环节。本课时是建立在四年级学习了表示各个房间的英文单词的基础上设计的，这一内容体现了教材循序渐进的编排意思，又体现了英语知识承前启后的紧密相关性，符合学生认知规律。本课是词汇学习，主要通过张鹏介绍自己房间的情景呈现了单词或词组的词形和意义。再通过Let’s play环节的活动对其进行巩固和操练，帮助学生掌握词汇并在语境中正确使用。本部分重点学习家居用品名词和There be句型的运用，难点在于能使学生正确使用There be句式的表达方法。明确There be句型是本课时的重要目标。
