1.由从属连词that引导的宾语从句
【例句】
1. I think (that) math is difficult.
She said (that) she would leave a note on the desk.
陈述句作宾语时，宾语从句用 ____引导。它在只起连接作用，没有实际意义，在从句中不充当任何成分，因此常可省略。

1. 在主+谓+it(形式宾语)+宾补+that 从句(真正宾语) 的句型中不省略.
eg: We must make it clear that we mean what we say.

2. 由连词and连接的两个由that引导的宾语

一般疑问句作宾语时，宾语从句用___或whether引导。它们在句子中的意思是______（如果 / 是否）, 在从句中不充当任何成分，
但不可省略。

一般来说，在宾语从句中if与whether可以互换使用。但在特殊情况下，两者不能互换。只能用whether，不能用if引导的情况：
1) 在介词的后面
e.g. I’m thinking of whether we should go to see the film.
2) 与or not直接连用
e.g. I don’t know whether or not they can get there on time.
3).引导主语从句置于句首时，只能用whether
e.g. Whether he comes or not makes no difference.
4). Whether可以引导表语从句和同位语从句，if不可以
5). 用在动词不定式之前时用whether不用if。
