bring
water
into
exams
may
improve

grades

percent.

London
and

did

study
on
447
students.

students
were
studying
for
different

25
percent
of

entered

hall

with

schoolwork

all
those
who
had
brought
drinks
with

grades

percent.

why
drinking
water
improves
exam

say
having
enough
water
in
our
bodies
and
not
feeling
thirsty
could
have

helpful
effect
on
our
brains.

water
may

effect
on
