Section Ⅳ Writing 应用文写作——发言稿
发言稿是社会生活中经常使用的文体，通常是在较为隆重的仪式和公众场合发表的文字稿。发言稿主要表达欢迎、感谢、介绍或者呼吁某些活动，期望能达到良好的预期结果。
1．发言稿的语言
发言稿一般少用复杂句，而以简单句为主要表述形式。同时，发言稿必须有感染力，可以使用祈使句、感叹句、强调句等句式来达到这种目的。
2．发言稿的内容
发言稿的第一部分应开门见山，提出主题，以吸引听众或读者的注意力，必要时也可进行简单的自我介绍。第二部分是发言稿的主体，需要对主题进行清楚、客观的论述，进而针对所论述的主题提出相应的举措。第三部分需照应开头，简明扼要地总结发言，可提出希望、表达个人看法或美好祝愿等。
1. 开头常用句式
①It's my great honor to have the opportunity to share with you my opinion on how to take online courses more effectively.
很荣幸有机会与大家分享我对如何更有效地学习在线课程的看法。
②It's my great honor to stand here on behalf of all the students, and I'd like to offer you my warmest welcome.
我很荣幸能代表所有学生站在这里，我要向你们表示最热烈的欢迎。
③I'd be happy to tell you about my experience.
我很乐意告诉你们我的经历。
2．主体段落常用句式
①With the sharp growth of ..., ... have/has become increasingly important in our daily life.
随着……的急剧增长，……在我们的日常生活中变得越来越重要。
②In my view, important though it is for students to have better performance in exams, health is of equal significance.
在我看来，尽管学生在考试中取得更好的成绩很重要，但健康同样重要。
③When it comes to the most important family tradition, the first that comes to my mind is honesty.
说到最重要的家庭传统，我首先想到的是诚实。
④No man can make the most of his life without the help of ...
在没有……的帮助下，没有一个人能充分利用自己的生活。
⑤No one can deny the fact that/It can be said with certainty that the environment pollution is getting increasingly serious.
没有人能否认这样一个事实/可以肯定地说环境污染越来越严重。
⑥We can never forget the days we spent when all of us went to school together, helped each other and made great progress together.

3．结尾常用句式
