第12讲 投诉信
1. 投诉信的基本结构
投诉信是指人们在遇到一些不文明现象、所购商品质量差、售后服务不满意等情况下试图解决问题时写的信件。在语言方面,要注意把握分寸、公正客观。内容通常包括:开篇表明写信目的、投诉的内容;正文写明投诉的具体原因、事情的经过及产生的后果;结尾提出解决的方案。
2. 常用表达
开头语:
(1)I'm writing to complain about…
我写信是投诉关于……
(2)I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with…
我写信是想表达我对……的不满。
正文:
(1)There are some main reasons why I'm not content with…Firstly, …What's worse, …Eventually, …
我对……不满意有一些主要原因。首先,……更糟糕的是,……最后,……
(2)I sincerely hope that/It is my sincere hope that you will look into/investigate the matter/incident seriously and proper measures should be taken to prevent such a matter/an incident happening again.
我真诚地希望你能认真调查这件事情,并且采取恰当的措施防止类似事件再次发生。

因此,我希望换一个新的或者申请退款。
