2016年10月13日上午,我上了一节比赛课。我抽到的题目是初二年级人教版上册第四单元里的阅读who’s got talent.初二学生的抽象思维能力比较低,形象思维能力强,但注意力容易分散;他们对英语普遍感兴趣,但有很大的不稳定性,好奇心强,求知欲旺盛,已不满足教师对课文的简单重复;他们偏重于形象思维,对片面,零碎的材料尚缺乏一定的概括分析能力;在评价上,他们主要通过他人评价初步形成对自己的评价,所以很在乎他人的评价。因此,在本次赛教的本单元教学过程中,在注重启发引导,培养学生分析、概括能力的同时,更要注重教学方法的灵活性,通过任务型教学法,情景交际法,全身反应教学法等,激发学生学习的兴趣,让学生乐于接受,易于接受。我们可以用思维导图让学生理解整篇文章,增强学生的兴趣和注意力。我用唱歌暖场和表演魔术的方式将talent show引发学生对才艺表演这个话题的兴趣,并引出生词beautifully,magician,talent这些词。激活学生原有知识,进而引导学生阅读与才艺表演话题相关的课文阅读材料,在阅读过程中,用提问的方式引导学生通过快速阅读了解文章大意,各段落中心意思,了解人们对于选秀的不同态度与观点,接着表达自己的观点,引导学生明白选秀在意义在于它是一种实践梦想的方式。梦想需要坚持。在教学中渗透正确的人生价值观,传授正能量。从了解文章内容升华到谈论文章观点,并跳出文章,表达个人态度与观点,层层挖掘,不断深入,从表面到内涵,最后通过学生才艺展示,学生从关注明星到关注普通人物,关注身边同学的天赋才能,关注自己的闪光点,增强自信心。原来我们每个人都有自己尚未被发掘的才能,只要不放弃做梦,并为此努力,总有梦相随实现的一天”。 ??? 课后,通过评委老师的点评,使我受益匪浅,不仅了解到了自己的不足之处,而且还获得了不少的经验以及教学方法。???? ??? 1.?阅读前没有对学生进行特别指导,没有清晰考虑学生的困难。?? ??? 2.?维恩图的设计没有很好使用,文本没有做到很深刻的文本升华和情感升华。? ??? 3.?时间没有很好把握,导致后面仓促结束后还剩下5分钟,只好把课后作业作为当堂作业。但是我检查了也还没人写出来,所以就没有念出学生作业。???? ??? 通过本课的教学,我深有感触。首先,教学永远是一门无止境的艺术。无论怎样构思教学,总有需要我们进一步改进的地方,因此备好课绝不是一句空话,它需要我们充分了解教材、了解学生,需要我们踏踏实实地考虑好每一个环节,这样每一节课堂才会是高效率的,才能真正做到向课堂要质量、向环节要质量、向态度要质量。

学情分析

教学目的:通过展出教学目标,让学生对本节课有一定的准备。
1.To understand the passage and know how to read and use the words: talented, magician, funniest, winner, etc.
2.To learn to use the following reading skills:

1)学习理解并掌握下列词汇:天赋、魔术师、最有趣、赢家等等 。
2)掌握如何以下阅读技巧:略读、预判、抓取信息细节、推理文章内容。
3)敢于去“做梦”以及对事物发表不同的意见。

Warming-up: Kids’ rap <>
教学目的:通过rap这首大家都熟悉的歌曲,以及拍节奏,让气氛热起来。并引出生词beautifully
The students follow the rhythm and the teacher rap, when it comes to ‘We will we will rock you’ . Then rap it together.
Before we start, I want to cheer you up.
Now I want you to rock with me and follow the rhythm like this, and then when it comes to ‘We will we will rock you’ . let’s rap it together.
Oh, you rock me, thank you. You see, I am not beautiful, but I can sing beautifully.

Leading in: Playing magic
教学目的:通过教师变魔术,拉近距离,活跃气氛。授课学生在回答有关视频的问题过程中,引出本文章的的中心词“talent”以及引出本文中必要的阅读生词铺垫magic和magician,为下面的学习做铺垫。
The students watch the teacher playing magic and speak out answers. Then observe the new words out.

教学目的:引导通过联系文章上下句和教师引导的情境学习生词beautifully、magician、seriously、talent的意思,再在节奏感强烈的音乐背景下复读生词。让学生懂得在阅读中如何猜生词并能快速学习这篇文章的部分生词。
I'm Lily. I am not beautiful, but I can sing beautifully. I am not a magician like LiuQian , but I like playing magic. Playing magic is my talent.

Pre-reading : Play the video of China’s got talent
教学目的:通过观看中国达人秀,快速引入“达人秀”这个主题。并激活学生原有知识。

Skimming : Read the whole passage fast and match the main idea with each paragraph.
教学目的:学生带着任务,快速阅读,理解段落大意。把文章当作一个整体来让学生感知,要求先把学生的注意力引导到整体内容上,启发学生学习兴趣,创造传授知识和语言技能训练的语言环境,吸引学生进入角色。
While-reading : Read the first paragraph of the passage
教学目的:引导学生带着问题,用精读的方式阅读第一段落,找出第一段提到的三个达人秀,提高学生获取信息的能力。
Read paragraph 1 and answer the question “which three talent shows are mentioned”?
While-reading: Read Paragraph 2 and fill in the blanks.
教学目的:通过阅读,学生将第二段的意思看懂并抓取信息细节作出预判。更好的掌握段落意思和细节。学生在维恩图的帮助下更好理解文章,更重要的是突出最高级,猜出短语in common,通过维恩图的分析,让学生猜出winner这个词的意思,提高学生的猜词技巧。
1、From para.1 we know there are three talent shows. What’s the common of these shows?
2、So, the show try to look for the best singers、the moat talented dancers、the most exciting magicians、the funniest actors…
3、Then, “winner” will come out. But, who decides the winner?
While-reading: Read paragraph 2 again and choose the right answers.
教学目的:通过阅读和思维逻辑的选择,学生能掌握如何抓文章细节的阅读技巧。并且引出猜测预判 prize 这个生词,通过教师对“梦想实现”这个现象和“努力学习,实现梦想”的价值观倡导得到启发。
衔接第三段:Sometimes talent shows can make dreams come true, but does everyone like talent shows? Let’ read para.3 and find out the answers.

Practice: Read Paragraph 3 and answer the questions.
教学目的: 学生通过阅读寻找层层递进的信息,用自己的话将信息总结后输出。学生也能拔高英语表达,对发生的现象输出自己的看法。第三题重点在于讲出“make up”这个生词,学生在文章中的“they said their poor famers, but they are actors,”这句话得出make up的意思,提高联系文章猜词的能力。第五题在同学们说出自己的观点后教师同时引入欣赏别人,并为下面介绍教师的高中同学陈冰做连接。
