An Interesting Journey
During the Labor Day holiday, my friends and I took a trip to five cities in the east of China. It took us seven days to finish the wonderful journey and it has broadened my horizons.

教学反思
Basic Writing
平山中学
主要内容:学生们已经学过了Book1 Unit3,主题是围绕旅游展开。所以这堂课的主要内容是围绕Unit3 的单词进行基础写作。先通过单词与词组进入,然后在根据以上内容翻译句子,最后在进行基础写作。
学生们基本上都能完成既定的内容,能在规定的时间内完成老师的要求。缺点:复习的环节时间很难把握的,同时不能照顾全体学生,容易出现只对学习程度好的学生起作用,顾及不到中下等生。时间安排上也有些差误,让学生展示的顺序应该为下中上,让中下等生有充足的时间来展示自我。但是,由于内容设定比较简单,形式比较单一,导致课上学生收获的知识比较少,课上比较沉闷。相比其他老师,课件也不够丰富。
因此,在以后的备课,上课过程中,应该更多的注重教学材料的准备与筛选。教学内容的丰富多样,尽量让学生在课上学得更多,更广,更全面。通过本课的教学,我深有感触。首先,教学永远是一门无止境的艺术。无论怎样构思教学,总有需要我们进一步改进的地方,因此备好课绝不是一句空话,它需要我们充分了解教材、了解学生,需要我们踏踏实实地考虑好每一个环节,这样每一节课堂才会是高效率的,才能真正做到向课堂要质量、向环节要质量、向态度要质量

Student analysis
The students have learnt Book1 Unit3 which contains some words and expressions on journey. They have a brief impression on it, so they are required to strengthen the usage of those words and expressions when writing.
Analysis of teaching material
This lesson is about a basic writing whose topic is to describe a journey. Students will practice some words and expressions on it, and apply them into a basic writing. At the same time, there is more information given to students, which can enrich their knowledge on the topic after class.
