《英语课程标准》指出激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力。
教学背景分析
教学内容:
本单元围绕形容的最高级,对核心话题
“讨论个人的喜好”和“对某几个场所进行比较等开展多种教学活动。教学内容与学生生活实际密切相关。本课主要为本单元第四课时,通过阅读一篇“达人秀”的文章。使学生了解才艺展示,掌握怎样用最高级去描述人的才艺,并通过讨论个人的喜好,学会正确表述对事物不同的看法和观点,从而巩固目标语言的运用。最终达到鼓励学生要有梦想和目标,日常生活中多培养才艺技能,并通过努力和坚持去实现梦想的目的。本课以阅读文本为主,拓展学生的说和写。
教学方法:任务型教学法,情景交际法,讨论法,自主学习与合作探究相结合,游戏教学法技术准备:多媒体课件,教材,handouts

教学过程
总结
读中:1.速读全文完成Task1:段落大意匹配。2.由学生依次精读Para.1、Para.2.和Para.3分别完成Task2、Task3、Task4三个不同阅读任务。
读后,1.完成Task4:复述全文2.组织一场关于对达人秀喜好的讨论,表达学生对于事物不同的看法,培养学生正确看待事物的能力。
读前:设置情景并通过展示图片引导学生谈论他们所了解的最有天赋的人并教授新词汇。2.单词游戏3.短语游戏 最后,根据刚才的讨论,请学生写一篇对于达人秀看法的小短文。鼓励学生正确评价一个节目,达到对本课的知识和词汇进行巩固练习的目的。
