注意:that从句用虚拟语气,从句中谓语动词用(should+)do形式

proposal+that从句
proposal后接that引导的同位语从句或表语从句以及propose后接that引导的宾语从句中要使用虚拟语气,即should do, should可以省略。相同用法的动词还有:suggest, advise, order, demand等。

1.题型解读
