Important Chinese Festivals
China has many traditional festivals, and each has its own special meaning and customs.

The school in Green Town has also changed a lot. It has become a big and modern school with ten classrooms, a library, a playground, and a computer room. Children can learn not only basic subjects but also computer skills and English. Many young people who left the town to work in the city have come back because the town now has more job opportunities.
Although Green Town has become more modern, some traditions have been kept. People still celebrate traditional festivals like the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival with their families. They still grow vegetables in their yards and share food with their neighbors. Many people say that they are happy with the changes because their life has become better, but they also cherish the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the town.
