一、谋篇布局
菜谱可以分为三个部分:
1. 食物的背景故事或相关的文化传统
2. 食物的原料(ingredients)
3. 制作食物的说明 (instructions)
二、一些常用的词汇
1. 食材:
Meat: beef 牛肉, pork 猪肉, chicken 鸡肉, mutton 羊肉 ...
Vegetables: garlic 蒜, onion 洋葱, potato 土豆, carrot 胡萝卜, lettuce 莴苣; 生菜, cabbage 卷心菜, tomato 番茄 ...
Seasonings: salt 盐, Chinese red pepper 花椒 sugar 糖, pepper 胡椒粉, oil 油, soy sauce 酱油, vinegar 醋, ...
2. 烹饪方法:

Instructions
1 Slice the tomatoes into small pieces.
2 Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until smooth.
3 Heat the oil in a pan.

5 Add the sliced tomatoes into the pan and stir them for 2 minutes.
