To learn about traditional sports in China.
Tai chi started as a Chinese martial art with origins in philosophy. To start a tai chi practice, you gather your energy or “chi” by lifting your hands. You then plant your feet and begin a series of movements. As you focus on your movements and your breath, you should start to feel more relaxed.
Tai chi does wonders for both your body and mind. Its benefits include strengthening immune system, bettering balance, improving bone density (密度), and reducing stress. Studies have supported that stretching, mental focus, and deep breathing is a winning combination (结合) for your physical and mental health.
Listen to the interview and choose the points mentioned.
When you listen to an interview, it is important to find out who is being interviewed and the purpose of the interview. Before listening to the interview, think about what topics might be discussed.
