Read the messages again. Think about the saying “Home is where you are loved the most and act the worst”.
It is your family members who love you the most and tolerate all your inappropriate behaviour, while it is them who you treat with the most impolite attitude or behaviour.

I partly agree. The saying shows a real emotional truth: the safer and more accepted we feel, the more we let our guard down—sometimes to the point of taking family for granted or acting bad to them. In that sense, home can indeed be the place where we “act the worst.” However, home is also where we have the greatest chance to grow. The same love that tolerates our worst moments can inspire us to become our best selves—if we remember to return kindness, apologize quickly, and keep practicing the respect.
