High in the mountains of Yunnan, China, there is a special kind of monkey called the Yunnan snub-nosed monkey. It is also known as the “snow mountain elf (精灵)”. These monkeys are very rare, so we need to protect them.

This information helped scientists protect the monkeys better.
Because of their hard work, more monkeys now live safely in the mountains. Sometimes, visitors can see them from far away. Although the Yu family can now watch the monkeys through cameras, they still like to go into the forest. “Only by going there can we truly understand them,” says Yu Zhonghua.

On September 3, 2025, a grand memorial parade (阅兵) was held in Beijing’s Tian’anmen Square. This event was very important. It showed the country’s development and military (军事) forces, and helped people remember the spirit of fighting for national independence.
